Introduction

MiODMS is a file management system for document scanning exclusively designed by Microtek. Used together with Microtek’s document scanners, you can scan to archive loads of official documents fast and easily.

MiODMS is equipped with the character-recognition function exclusively designed for official documents which can easily match information to correct columns and thus it can enhance the loading efficiency. The batch-scan functionis capable to sort and archive loads of official documents and attachments in just seconds; moreover, it will generate a standard format of official documents when done. There is no doubt that MiODMS is the best solution for digitizing official documents hereby.
